- Our coating is baked into the aluminum body, which prevents it from bubbling, lifting or peeling.
- 3 Year Warranty against chipping or lifting of coating (under normal use & with proper care, cold food service).
- 1 Year Warranty for Bugambilia merchandise used for warm food service.
- Can withstand temperature ranges from -20ºF to 200ºF.
- Hot tables or heated surfaces could cause discoloration and cause coating to lift.
- Heat lamps may be used. However, the coating will get damaged if the product is placed on a surface that exceeds 200ºF.
- Can be placed in a refrigerator, freezer or warming oven prior to service (dry heat not to exceed 200°F/93°C).
- Cast aluminum is a great conductor of temperature, which allows our product to maintain temperature for an extended period of time.
- All shapes and sizes are available in any of our twenty different colors.
- Colors maintain luster even after continuous use.
- All metal utensils may be used except for a knife.
- Our products are extremely durable.
- Any detergents and sanitizers except for iodine based may be used.
- Bleach will not damage the coating.
- White type scouring pads may be used.
- Bugambilia resin-coated aluminum is 100% foodservice safe and NSF certified.*
- Coating will break down, melt, lift of separate from aluminum body if steam table stainless steel surfaces reach in excess of 200°F/93°C.
